So I have to admit, I'm not entirely happy with the way this cake turned out but the graduates mom seemed pretty happy. So what am I not happy about? Well really it's all the accent details, the graduation cap that I had to do in gumpaste because chocolate would not stand up for a 3-4 hour car ride, the eyelashes on the gator - I should have used fondant strips instead of painting them, the coach wristlet - it needed to be flatter and the print needed to be darker, and lastly I need to get better at cursive or somehow steal my sisters beautiful handwriting.

You always beat yourself up! I had my laptop out showing everyone at Kendall's party the gator cake. You have no idea how awesome you are. :-)
